济南民天面粉有限责任公司隶属于济南产业发展投资集团，成立于1989年，目前已发展成为一个集粮油存储、面粉加工、食品生产、油脂加工、粮油贸易和进出口贸易为一体的国有大型集团化企业。公司资产总额6亿元，员工600余人。公司拥有5亿斤仓储容量的现代化仓房；拥有遍布济南市大街小巷的百余家民天连锁专卖店和28家市政府、市粮食局放心粮油工程示范店（其中6家民天食用油精品直营店）。初步形成了面粉、食品、粮油精深加工三大主业，呈现出全产业链模式的集团化、产业化大发展框架。

Jinan Mintian (Flour) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jinan Industrial Development Investment Group. It was established in 1989. After more than 20 years of hard work, it has now developed into a large state-owned enterprise integrating grain and oil storage, flour processing, food production, oil processing, covering domestic, import and export trades. The company has total assets of 600 million yuan and more than 600 employees. The company has a modern warehouse with a storage capacity of 250 million kilograms. It also has more than 100 Mintian chain stores and 28 flagship stores certified by municipal government and municipal grain bureaus (6 of which are specialised Mintian edible oil retail stores). As such, an integrated business model covering flour, food, and advanced processing of grain and oil have been formed, presenting a large-scale development framework of consolidation and industrialization for the whole industry supply chain.
